1941 American League All Star Team Signed Baseball with Joe DiMaggio and Ted Williams
The 1941 All-Star Game in Detroit saw the American League defeat the National League by a score of 7-5 when Ted Williams hit a three-run homer off reliever Claude Passeau with two out in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. This Official American League (Harridge) baseball contains 29 signatures, some in black ink and others in green ink. The autographs include Ted Williams, Joe DiMaggio, Jimmie Foxx, Red Ruffing, Charlie Keller, Dom DiMaggio, Bill Dickey, Luke Appling, Ken Keltner and manager Del Baker. Truly a piece of history; grades 6/10 overall.
