Hall of Fame second baseman Joe Gordon signed this original uniform player's contract to play baseball for the American League Baseball Club of New York (Yankees) during 1941 for a salary of $15,000.00. The four-sided document was signed on March 4, 1941, by Gordon, Ed Barrow and Mark Roth as a witness. Contract is EX with the usual mailing folds. All signatures are in ink and grade 9/10.
