1941 Willard Brown Signed Player's Contract
Extraordinary Negro League player and Hall of Famer who also spent some time playing in Latin America and had a very brief stint in the Major Leagues. The offered contract was presented to Willard Brown to guarantee his participation on the Humacao Baseball team in the Puerto Rican Winter League. The contract is signed by Brown as well as several other team and league officials. Dated November 18, 1941. Excellent condition.
