1942 Sam Snead Handwritten Signed Letter to Golfer Estelle Page with Signed Envelope
Here is a one-page letter from legendary golfer Sam Snead with exceptional content, signed "always Sam" at bottom, with a signature that is vivid and pristine. Discusses that he is going into the Navy, "hope to keep my golf in some kind of condition at Pensacola Fla. where I will be stationed." Also flirtatiously "the other girl golfers tell me you are the toughest opponent they ever met." Letter is NRMT with very light mailing folds while writing and signature are 9/10 in blue pen. Original envelope is in Sam's hand with a printed return address and is soiled with wrinkling.
