1946 Ty Cobb Signed Bank Check
Drawn from the First National Bank of Nevada Main Office in Reno and made out , Cobb's hand, to the "Water Service Co." for the amount of $6.50. While most Cobb auto's are in the shortened version of his full name, this piece is signed in 8/10 ink, "Tyrus R. Cobb." Check has one fold from mailing, othewise EX. While Cobb was no angel on the diamond, he did pay his bills!
