1947 Jackie Robinson Bond Bread Cards (13)
13 ultra-collectible Bond Bread Jackie Robinson cards. These cards came packaged with Bond Bread in 1947, and feature the color-barrier breaking player in various states of play. The versos of each card contain fantastic advertisements for the bread, many of which feature Jackie eating or lauding the bread, citing that "My favorite 'home plate' is that good Bond Bread. It tastes grand and packs lots of energy." Cards vary from VG to EX, with four having significant creasing and corner tearing. The remaining nine are in better condition with no creasing, but some have minor staining and toning on each piece. Contains five duplicates of the "Portrait - Holding Glove in Air - Simulated Signature" card.
