Barberpole style Blackhawks wool sweater worn by Roy Conacher during the 1948-49 NHL season. Shimmering tackle twill number "9" decorates the back in cream on red with the intricately chain stitched indian head logo on the front encircled by the words "Chicago Blackhawks". Rayson Sports, Chicago tagging in the collar with size "46" tag in the tail. Nice game use throughout with thirteen circular team repairs. In excellent condition overall. A wonderful wool.
