1950's Willard Mullin Signed Original Drawing of the Brooklyn Bum
Framed in cherry wood and matted with glass measuring 14 3/4" X 18 1/8". Cartoon drawn on original Willard Mullin letter head, known as the "Dean of Sports Cartooning". Two creases run horizontally across paper, as if paper was folded in thirds but are barely noticeable. Cartoon drawn in pencil and then colored over in black. Signed "Happy Travelling - Willand Mullin" Quote of the Brooklyn Bum states "O.K., Johnny . . . When yez hits' th' sunshine state don't fah-get t' remember t'give m'regards t' th' gang". Cartoon and framing are in NRMT condition.
