1950 Topps Hopalong Cassidy Complete Master Set w/8 Foil Cards
High grade master set of the popular Hopalong Cassidy issue from Topps in 1950. Starring William Boyd, every kid anxiously awaited each TV episode to see Hopalong, sporting his famed black holster with silver pegs, taking out yet another bad guy! This master set has all 8 foil cards (2 VG, 2 GD, 4 FR-GD; light paper loss on reverse of 1 foil) plus the full set of 230 spread over 8 subsets for a total of 238 cards. The non-foil cards grade a beautiful 80% EX-MT or better (not considering where the panels are separated), 14% are EX and 6% slightly lesser; about 12 cards have creases and an equal number are oc. Beautiful high grade set for the avid Hoppy collector!
