1950 Whiz Kids & Philadelphia Athletics Signed Medcalf Print (23" x 29")
The entire Whiz Kid starting line-up signed this attractive Medcalf print which features a young player taking swings under the watchful eye of the Babe. Waitkus, Goliat, Hamner, Jones, Ennis, Ashburn, Sisler, Seminick, Roberts, Simmons, and Miller are joined by Philly greats such as Mack, Dillinger, Chapman, Fowler, Joost, and Coleman in blue or black ink. Eleven of the fifty seven signatures have faded from exposure to light leaving them in GD-VG condition. The remaining forty-six appear bold and fresh grading no less than an overall 9/10. The framed print is EX+.
