1950s Autograph Books w/Jackie Robinson, Roy Campanella, & Ted Williams (PSA)

Presented is a terrific trove of 1950s baseball autographs within two 4x6" autograph books: 1) This autograph book contains 64 signatures, sometimes one to a page and others signed as part of a group of signatures on a page. Hall of Fame signatures are from Jackie Robinson (single-signed), Roy Campanella (signing on a page with John Antonelli), Duke Snider, (single-signed), Casey Stengel (single-signed), Phil Rizzuto (single-signed - faintly legible) and Warren Spahn (single-signed). Other prominent signatures are either single-signed or as part of multiple signatures on a page. These include Andy Pafko, Sid Gordon, Carl Eskine, Joe Black, Gene Woodling, Ralph Houk, Rube Walker, Hank Bauer, Stan Lopata, Jake Pitler, Jackie Jenson, Joe Collins, Cookie Lavagetto, Dick Donovan, Allie Reynolds, Clem Labine, and Bill Nicholson. On the first page of the autograph book is written "month 1952," in blue ink in an unknown hand. Four of the signatures are illegible. 2) This autograph book is externally essentially the same as the other autograph book. This autograph book has 45 signatures. Hall of Famers include Ted Williams and Stan Musial (signing with each of their signatures and no others, on a page), Lou Boudreau (single-signed on a page), Connie Mack (manager - single-signed), Pee Wee Reese (signed as part of a group of four signatures), Lou Boudreau (single-signed), and Dick Williams (manager - signed as part of a group of four signatures). Some of the following notable autographs were single-signed and some were part of two or more signatures on a page: Chuck Dressen, Jimmy Piersall, Gene Stephens, Sid Gordon, Stan Lopata, Cal Abrams, Billy Cox, and Gus Zernial. One of the autographs in this autograph book is illegible and a few autographs are faintly legible. The first page of this autograph book, like the first autograph book, has "March 1952" written in blue ink by an unknown hand. Both of the autograph books show wear, particularly on the front covers with minor creasing and paper loss on each. Each autograph book come with its own PSA LOA. Together, the books provide a nice collection in itself of 1950s baseball autographs.
