These two exceptional matching gallery prints of jazz bands in action are by the most important jazz music illustrator of all, David Stone Martin. The prints are in their original frames measuring 17x15.5” and are overall EX-MT. Illustrator David Stone Martin was one of the most prolific and influential graphic designers of the postwar era and did the cover art to scores of important jazz LPs. His work is included in the collections of MOMA, the MET and the Smithsonian, and his portraits for TIME magazine covers included RFK and Mao Tse Tung.
