1951 Bill McGowan Signed Photograph
Real photo postcard from “Bill McGowan’s School For Umpires” dates from 1951. Splendid black ink autograph reads “Hi Ronnie Best Wishes Bill McGowan.” Signature is a 9/10 with only very slight smudging and is black and bold. “Genuine Photograph” postcard (as imprinted by maker on the verso) is unposted, NRMT and rare. Signed photographs of this Hall of Fame umpire are incredibly rare. This photo has remained in a longtime collection since the 1970’s.
