1951 Kansas City Blues Program Signed By Mickey Mantle

1951 Kansas City Blues Program Signed By Mickey Mantle

They were one of the founding members of the American Association and lasted until 1955 when the Athletics moved from Philadelphia to Kansas City. The Blues were a Yankees farm club their last two decades of existence, and former farmhand Mick Mantle's signature on this scorecard was preserved under tape, registering a 5 out of 10 rating. Bob Cerv - who also signed - graces the cover of the program, which is unscored. There is tape along the back cover edge.
