"…I did not brake (sic) up the team they broke up the team first the team was broke up by the Federal Leaague (sic) the team of 1929-30-31 was broken up buy (sic) the First National Bank we owed them four hundred Thousand Dollars and they wanted their money - so I sold the players…" Letter is addressed to Wally (Pipp), a former member of Mack's team.
