1954 Don Hoak Brooklyn Dodgers Game Worn Jersey
Veteran third baseman Don Hoak played 10 seasons in the majors and even won two World Series against the Yankees in 1955 with Brooklyn and 1960 with Pittsburgh. All original road jersey has "Dodgers" across the front in blue felt, #43 on the back, MacGregor size 42 tag in the collar with "Hoak" embroidered on a swatch below and Set 1 1954 flag tag inside the front tail. Comes with pants that were originally obtained with this jersey. Pants are MacGregor size 38 with Set 2 1952 tag sewn in the waist band. Number 25 is sewn in the pants and #18 is written on the waist band in marker. It was common for teams to reissue pants to other players during successive seasons. Both jersey and pants show use but are also in nice condition.
