1957-67 Brooklyn/LA Dodgers Team-Signed Baseball Near Complete Run with Four (4) World Champions (14)

Beginning with their last season in Brooklyn and running through their first decade in Los Angeles, this outstanding set of 14 team-signed baseballs incorporates almost every Dodger team from 1957-67 (1960 is missing), including two each from 1963, 1964, 1965 and 1967. Four represent World Series teams, two each from 1963 and 1965. The signatures were obtained at Spring Training so there are a few balls scattered with players from other teams and various minor leaguers. Some of the noteworthy names include: Alston (13), Campanella (2), Koufax (5), Durocher (2), Snider (4), Reese, Drysdale, Sutton (rookie), Furrillo (3), Dressen (3), Hubbard (3), Gilliam, Wills and Labine. Players from other teams include Billy Martin, Joe Gordon and Al Kaline. All have handwritten inventory numbers from the massive collection of John O'Connor and each comes in a Reach bag, most with Spalding boxes as well. Some are signed on Official National League baseballs. Some signatures may be clubhouse but none from any major stars. A small percentage may have a light coat of shellac. Average conditions are 5.0, while the signatures average 7.0 with some grading better. The balls average roughly 25 signatures.
