This is one of only two examples of Macauley's rookie card graded at this level by PSA, with NONE graded higher. Signed cards from the 1957 Topps basketball set are scarce,. This is the first signed example of this important Hall of Famer rookie card we have ever offered and we cannot recall having seen more than one or two others at auction in recent times.</p>
