1958 American League All-Star Team Signed Baseball
With future president Richard Nixon throwing out the first pitch, the 1958 All-Star Game at Memorial Stadium in Baltimore saw the host AL team come from behind to nip its NL counterparts, 4-3. From that midsummer classic comes this official American League (Harridge) baseball that is in EX-MT+ condition and features 25 ink signatures averaging 7/10 with two a little lighter. Ted Williams signed on the sweet spot, while Mantle, Kaline, Ford, Wynn, Kuenn, Berra, Fox, Howard and others are also present. The 1958 All-Star Game was the first ever that did not feature an extra-base hit.
