1958 Ballantine Beer Yankees Broadside & Chesterfield Poster with Joe Dimaggio
Lot of (2) vintage baseball advertising signs. The first, a 12 x 22" Ballantine Beer broadside advertises a welcome home dinner for the New York Yankees in April of 1958. Sign has some minor edge wear, mostly along the bottom edge and the white portions of the sign shows slight toning/spotting. Blue and red graphics look super, however, and the sign would frame EX+. The second, a 1948, 10.5 x 17 Chesterfields cigarettes ad sign featuring a few baseball greats of the day: Ted Williams, Joe DiMaggio, Stan Musial and more. The black and white sign is lightly toned, but incredibly preserved. NM condition.
