1958 Topps Canadian Series Football Display Box
The 1958 Topps Football Canadian Series is identical in design as the '58 Topps NFL Set and consists of 88 standard size cards and includes all of the Canadian teams except the Montreal Alouettes. The set includes the first card of Cookie Gilchrist, who later led the AFL in rushing. From this exceedingly rare issue is this unique and rare empty wax box. Similar to the the USA version in terms of graphics and design, this version reads "CANADIAN SERIES" on all sides. This box once held 36 5-cent packs and appears to have been very well taken care of. Box remains in EX condition with original tape marks top and front.
