1959 Moe Berg "Vagabond" Handwritten Letter
Two pager on "M. Berg" stationery from his home in Newark, New Jersey. Two full pages of rambling creates a good argument that he was truly insane. To a Princeton classmate who wanted him to speak at the school. Moe declined. As for his lifestyle, "As you know I'm a vagabond. I don't know where I'll be tomorrow." As for sports, "As a writer of fact, here I am still in Boston still getting over that Harvard beating last Saturday (over Princeton)." Signed "As Ever, M." Crease and tiniest tear o/w EX-MT.
