1959 Roy Campenella Night Presentational Silver Bowl
Eight-time All-Star and three-time National League MVP Roy Campanella was one of the greatest catchers in Major League Baseball history before his career was cut short by a car accident that left him paralyzed. This silver-plated bowl, manufactured by the F.B. Rogers Silver Company, was presented to "Campy" and all the other Dodgers who played the Yankees in a special exhibition game and is in NRMT condition. The engraving on the bowl's exterior reads: "YANKEE-DODGER GAME IN HONOR OF ROY CAMPANELLA MAY 7TH, 1959 LOS ANGELES COLISEUM." A ticket stub from that game is included, featuring Campanella's image and the phrase "I was there the night they honored Campy." The stub is in G condition.
