Muhammad Ali meets the rich and famous: 1) Muhammad Ali with Liza Minelli (20); spectacular 35mm candids of Muhammad with Judy Garland's daughter, also one of the finest entertainers of our time. 2) Harry Belafonte solo and Ali poses with Belafonte's daughter (3); 2.25" full color negatives with matching Type I contact strip measuring 7x2.5". 3) Ali & Dick Gregory (6); Muhammad poses with his good friend, the comedian and civil rights leader, 35mm strip in b/w with matching 9x1.5" contact strip. 4) Muhammad Ali & actor George Raft (2): A former boxer, the "connected" actor, who perfectly portrayed his gangster buddies is in London for the 1966 Ali-Cooper fight. He passed on all the great roles (like Casablanca) because he loved having fun instead. Each measures 2.25". The original negatives and images in this collection are by the personal photographer of Ali's manager Herbert Muhammad. Unpublished, they have not seen the light of day for five decades. Recently discovered, they come with the photographer’s rights. All of the negs/transparencies are unique, “Type I” images that can be used to make prints and products of the finest quality and huge scale.
