1960s Sherbrooke "Famous" Hockey Sticks Metal Advertising Sign From Stick Rack
This 12x6" metal sign was used as part of a stick rack display for Sherbrooke hockey sticks. Listing their Quebec address, the bold, black print highlights "The Famous Hockey Sticks SHERBROOKE" with an "SWP" logo for Sherbrooke Wood Products. Circa 1960s, the sign has holes for mounting over your favorite stick display rack, and minor rust around the edges and back only adds to its character. Sherbrooke was one of the early mass-producers of wood hockey sticks.
