The 1962 Mets Baseball club is by far one of the most fascinating. The 1962 season was the first regular season for the Mets, as the National League returned to New York for the first time since 1957. They went 40-120 and finished tenth and last in the National League. Included in this set is a baseball with 20 signatures, including Hodges, Hornsby, Ruffing, Jackson, Thomas, Hemus, Moorhead, Kanehl, Hook, Craig, Ashburn, Mantilla, Throneberry, Landrith, Cook and Stengel on the sweet spot. The signatures averageo verall about a 5/10. The other piece is a signed team print: Cook, Bell, Jones, Neal, MacKenzie, Taylor, Kanehl and more. The piece measures approximately 16.5x8.5" and is VG.
