1962 R709-5 Topps Civil War News complete set of 88 plus complete set of 17 Confederate Money insert. Also included is one extra #21 marked "printed in England" on reverse. This beloved and well-collected set features graphic artwork of blood, violence, death, and warfare. It coincided with the 100th Anniversary of the War Between the States. Condition breakdown is 1% G (#88 Checklist unmarked but with two corner mounts affixed to front), 10% VG-EX, 25% EX, 50% EX-MT, 14% NM. The Confederate Money inserts are in NM condition. This offering is part of early hobbyist Preston Orem‚s personal collection.
