1964-66 Phil Esposito Chicago Blackhawks Player Contract (PSA)
Contract signed by Phil Esposito for the 1964-65 and 1965-66 seasons with the Chicago Blackhawks. After having a cup of coffee with the Blackhawks the prior year, Esposito was poised for a breakout during the '64-65 season after blazing his way through the minor league system. He did indeed establish himself as a promising young player, and it would not be long after that he stamped himself one of the best in the game. The contract outlines that Esposito is to receive $8,500 the first year and $10,000 the second, as well as some incentives, all of which he met. Signed by Esposito at end.
