1964 Golf Putter Given to Ed Sullivan by Jackie Gleason
The man famed for his portrayal of Ralph Kramden on "The Honeymooners" tries to help the famed variety show host with his short game. Thrilling bit of Hollywood history is engraved on the club head, "Ed Sullivan from Jackie Gleason, 1964." And this isn't any run-of-the-mill club either. "Doral Gold" brand putter has a 24-karat gold-plated head with a large (faux) diamond embedded in the top. Not a bad gift, wouldn't you say?
