1965 The Castiles 8x10” Promotional Photograph
Only one known to exist of this 8x10” promo photo, it was obtained from a member of the band. In 1965, band manager Tex Vinyard had a small quantity of these stills produced to promote Bruce’s first band. The design of the previously printed business card was used beneath the band photograph. Although the Castiles did have an earlier informal group photo taken, this represented the <b>first ever</b> promotional photo featuring Bruce Springsteen. Stamped on the verso by the photographer, George Evans. Overall Good condition. Note Bruce’s acne (sorry Boss). Notarized LOA.
