<p>1966-67 Bill Asbury Game Worn Pittsburgh Steelers Jersey. Asbury, also known as Willie Asbury, was a running back. In college at Kent State, during drills, the superbly conditioned Asbury suffered renal failure as his kidneys shut down, and he suffered a near death experience. He came back from that experience to play again at Kent State and then as a running back for the Steelers, rushing for 13 touchdowns during his three seasons with the team, 1966-68. Black jersey, with white numerals. "30" on front, back and sleeves. Gold "Batman style" collar. Heavy use shown with loose threads, stains on numbers. Custom cut sleeves. Five team repairs. Comes directly from Steelers with their COA. Rawlings size 46, Pittsburgh Sport Shop and tags inside flap tail.
