1966 Beatles Shea Stadium Unused Ticket - High Grade
On August 23, 1966, the Beatles made their second appearance at Shea Stadium and played 11 songs that were almost completely drowned out by screaming fans. This nearly pristine ticket with a price tag of $5.75 takes us back to that special time in history. Just four days earlier, the Fab Four were pelted with rotten fruit during their concert in Memphis, but New Yorkers - like most of the people around the globe at that time - showed them the love. In a recent interview, Paul McCartney revealed that Shea was the greatest venue the supergroup ever played.
