1966 Grateful Dead Straight Theater Handbill (8.5x11")
One of the wildest events at the Avalon Ballroom was this 1966 Reading and Dance Concert featuring the Grateful Dead, author, Mike McClure, and One-Acts by radical Black playwright, Ed Bullins. This handbill, once folded, restored to EX. This was the Grateful Dead's first appearance at the legendary Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, California.
