1968 United States Olympic Team Ring
This size 10 ring was awarded to Oscar "Dave" Smith for his participation in the 1968 Summer Olympics, held in Mexico City. Smith was a member of the US Track & Field (Athletics) team and competed in the triple jump. The words "US Olympic Team" and "1968" are wrapped around the red stone on the ring's face. Both the left and right shanks have a US crest, with the left containing the word "Athletics" and the right holding the Olympic Rings. The ring is 10k gold and has the initials "O.S." engraved inside. Comes with LOA.
