1970-71 Bruce MacGregor Game Worn Rangers Jersey
Bruce MacGregor had a long and solid career with the Detroit Red Wings. During the 1970-71 season, he was traded to the New York Rangers where he played for four more seasons. He was a tenacious and relentless player on the ice who scored at a faster pace that season in New York than at any other time in his career, amassing 25 points in 27 games. This jersey from that season has his number "14" on the sleeves and reverse. "Gerry Cosby" and size "46" tag and "69" year tag inside tail. Nameplate has been removed leaving only the glue remains. Lots of puck and stick and boards marks on this well worn jersey. A few team fixes as well. Overall condition is not too bad, real rare style for vintage Ranger collectors. Through research, we have determined that Don Luce also wore this jersey in 1969-70.
