1970-71 Bruce Springsteen Steel Mill Poster Collection (4)
A group of 4 extremely rare Springsteen posters: 1) This Annual Nothings Festival is truly that… nothing, it never happened. They had the bands lined up and the posters made but lost the venue last minute. Scheduled for August 8, 1970, it was supposed to be held at the Beachcomber in Long Branch, N.J. Poster is still amazing, a historical bonafide piece of Bruce Memorabilia. Measures 20x24”, EX. 2) A dream of a poster from Route 36 in the Atlantic Highlands, for Steelmill at the Clearwater Swim Club on June 21 1970. Great silkscreen image of the band, measures 12x16.5”. Has dried glue drips on the back but does not affect the front, otherwise EX. 3) Poster for Springsteen at the Virginia Commonwealth University Gymnasium on Sat. October 30, 1971. The headliner is Cactus, of course, as the poster has a large cactus right in the middle. 14x22”, VG-EX. 4) A kaleidoscope image of Steelmill, from the “Sunshine-in, 1st & Kingsley” on July 17-18, 1970.
