1970 Jesus Alou Houston Astros Game Worn Jersey
Vintage, 1970 Houston Astros jersey from Jesus Alou, gamed in his best year in the majors. Home jersey boasts “Astros” and shooting star emblem on the front in very fanciful chain-stitched embroidery, while his # 22 is double-layered in felt on the back. An Astrodome patch secures upon the left sleeve, and a Wilson size 42 tag sits on the front tail. Nice game use and all original. There are some small holes on the front of the jersey that are visible upon close inspection.
