1970 Mexico World Cup Press Credentials
For three weeks in the Summer of 1970, Mexico played host to the FIFA World Cup, and Brazil's powerhouse team that featured Pele, Carlos Alberto and Gerson, among others, cruised to the title, winning all six matches, culminating in a 4-1 triumph over Italy in the title game. This vinyl, passport-style press badge holder measures just 3" x 4" and still contains Ivan Kuhns' credential. There's a little scuffing on the front but otherwise is in EX condition. After taking all six qualifying matches prior to World Cup play, the 1970 Brazil team is regarded by many as the greatest ever assembled.
