1970’s Nova Scotia Voyageurs Game Worn Jersey
The more than 80 (I lost count) circular stitched team repairs on this road red Nova Scotia sweater leads me to believe it might have been the victim of a gangland-style drive-by. But these late Seventies Maska knits did not stand up to abuse. If the circle repairs seem familiar, it might be because the Voyageurs were a Habs farm team. All cresting and numbering is sewn on with evidence of a plate removal. Script across the chest with the team logos on each shoulder. Maska tag in the neck, size 48.
