1971 Topps Baseball 1st/2nd Series Rack Pack
Early baseball rack packs are virtually non-existent these days, especially from 1971 because racks are the best place to find high-grade cards of these black bordered beauties. Also making 1971 a toughie is Topps produced the least amount of unopened material in 1971 versus all other years in the 1970’s. Contains 54 cards. Look for stars from the 1st and 2nd series like Pete Rose, Munson, Seaver, Bench, Reggie Jackson, McCovey, Carlton, Kaline, Carew, etc. There is some minor splitting on the middle portion right-hand side of the pack but the cards remain unaffected and untouched. Conservatively graded GAI 6.5 EX-MT+. This one will be tough to keep closed because of all the grading potential.
