1973 Harry Hooper Handwritten Letter To Smoky Joe Wood's Son
Great 1.5 page letter in Harry Hooper's hand to "Bob", Smokey Joe Wood's son. In the letter, Hooper is discussing efforts to get Wood into the Hall of Fame. He also talks about how fast Joe could pitch, even in the later innings. Horizontal fold lines and a rough top margin (original to the letter, not torn later) on an o/w NRMT-MT letter.
