1973 Led Zeppelin Jacksonville Fla. Concert Poster

1973 Led Zeppelin Jacksonville Fla. Concert Poster

Zeppelin broke into the rock and roll penthouse (which they no doubt trashed) with the 1973 "Houses of the Holy" LP, pushing the limits defining rock and metal. That year's U.S. tour in support of the album, which broke all rock attendance records, echoes in this fabulous poster for a May 7 show in Jacksonville. It features a typical Zep motif of Gothic and occultish images in a pen and ink drawing, with a giant condor draping a "house of the holy" under its massive wings and "Led Zeppelin" splashed across the top in skeletal lettering. 17.5 x 22.5" and VG-EX with some yellow foxing on lower left border though o/a clean with good crisp edges and corners. A poster that's gonna make you burn, gonna make you sting.
