1973 Montreal Canadiens Stanley Cup Champions Ring

The 1972-73 Montreal Canadiens topped the Chicago Blackhawks in six games to earn their 18th Stanley Cup championship, and this ring was a sample with the name of the Habs' center, Pete Mahovlich on one shank above the team logo and the bilingual wording: "CHAMPIONS EST-EAST" and the team's brilliant record of 52-10-10. The other shank has "1973" in bold letters, with "COUP STANLEY CUP" and "LE CLUB HOCKEY CANADIEN" also inscribed. The Size 10.5 ring was made by Jostens in 10k gold with cubic zirconias set against a red stone in the center. It is in NRMT condition. 26.8 grams.
