1974 Topps Baseball Puzzle Original Mock-Up Artwork Board
This is a really interesting piece. While trying to come up with a idea for a new type of card an enterprising Topps designer produced this 12 x 16.5'' display on board for "Giant Baseball Cards". Instead of going with the "Giants" theme, the design was used to create a set of puzzle cards in 1974. "Cards" pictured include Reggie Jackson, Bob Gibson, Willie Stargell, Tom Seaver and one other identified. One of a kind and significant.
