1975-76 Tom Simpson Toronto Toros WHA Game-Worn Jersey
Beautiful blue Durene sweater from the defunct World Hockey Association’s Toronto Toros. Bold Toros crest is sewn to the front in blue, white, and red twill. Tricot Sport Maska tag is sewn into the collar. Two team repairs on the front. Broken elbow stitching on the back right sleeve with Tom Simpson’s number “12” sitting above “Toros” sewn between the sleeve striping. Left sleeve displays a five inch material run on the front along with a few stick marks through the “Toros” logo. Two team repairs on the back below the number “12” sewn on in red and white twill with a blue outline. Evidence of a name on back removed. A rare style more than 35 years old.
