1975 Gary "Suitcase" Smith NHL All Star Game Worn Jersey
Striking orange dureen uniform worn in the 1975 All Star Game by goaltender Gary Smith. Individually stitched letters spell out "SMITH" across the back above the number "30" in black. An embroidered NHL Shield sits square on the chest flanked by two smaller shields sewn onto white stars. Another row of sewn-on stars rings the waist between black stripes. Tagged by Gerry Cosby & Co. in the collar. This All Star game coupled with a stellar Vezina award-winning performance season marked the highlight of Gary's goaltending career. From the personal collection of Gary Smith, and recently purchased from Milton Byron.
