1975/76 OPC and 1976/77 OPC WHA Hockey Wax Boxes
The ‘75/76 OPC wax box contains 40 of the 48 packs that it takes to make a full box. Stars of the ‘70s included in the set are Dryden, Orr, Lafleur, B. Clarke, Potvin, etc. Packs are mint. Display box is EX. The 1976/77 OPC WHA wax box is full with 48 packs and there is another box that contains 42 of the 48 packs it takes for a complete box. 8 cards per pack. The WHA featured stars like Gordie Howe and Bobby Hull. One of the ‘76/77 boxes even includes the original OPC Bazooka gift certificate catalog that was put in to wax boxes in Canada! Packs are mint. Display boxes are near mint. ‘70s unopened hockey material is drying up.
