1976-77 Gary Veneruzzo Game Worn San Diego Mariners Jersey
You can be sure that this jersey exists in scarce quantity. From the San Diego Mariners, who boasted just 58 total players over the course of their 3-year existence. This is the one and only season that Gary Veneruzzo played for the Mariners and his final season in the NHL. Orange stretchable dureen jersey adorned with “San Diego” sewn diagonally across the front. “Veneruzzo” in screened-on white lettering on straight plate on the back. His number 17 is sewn in blue on white tackle twill on the verso and sleeves. Nice use with multiple team repairs. Right shoulder bears a circular embroidered “San Diego Mariners” patch. Great vintage tie neck style (no laces). Collar tagging is “Rawlings [size] 48”. Great use with multiple team repairs.
