1976-77 Tom Milani Game Worn Minnesota Fighting Saints Jersey
From the final season of the WHA Fighting Saints (they folded in January, 1977, closing out their 6-year existence). You won’t find a hockey jersey more visually appealing, or more creative than this one. From the WHA Minnesota Fighting Saints, worn by Tom Milani, it boasts a mesmerizing logo patch sewn on to the front. Their logo is a boy with angry look on his face equipped with wings and hockey gear. This red, white & yellow nylon character is in beautiful shape, as is the jersey itself. Verso is “Milani” on straight nameplate and his number “11” in red on yellow tackle twill. Each sleeve also bears his number “11”. Dureen fabric is stretchable. Collar tagging is “Rawlings [size] 46” with “Steichens” tag directly under. Jersey shows definite signs of use in the form of scuffs on the sleeve, but no team repairs and otherwise pristine.
