1976 Jon Kolb Pittsburgh Steelers Game Worn Jersey
Renowned World‚s Strongest Man competitor Jon Kolb spent 13 years on the Pittsburgh Steelers‚ offensive line, playing both tackle and guard positions over a notable 13-year career. During the 1976 season, Kolb wore this white road jersey with black number 55 sewn on the front, back and shoulders. His name is stitched on the back in yellow with black outline. There is Size 50 Sand Knit tagging on the tail, as well as a white swatch with the year 76 stitched in. Perhaps most notable are the custom-hemmed sleeves. The uniform shows very nice use and is all-original, with stains, fraying and a noticeable repair on the left sleeve. Kolb was a part of four Super Bowl champion teams in the Steel City.Never before has a major sports franchise opened its team archives going back nearly a century.
